How does it work?
It's a bit like a Netflix Subscription. We'll provide everything for a fixed fee per month on a rolling 30 day contract. Here's a full breakdown:
- Ricoh Copier/Printer/Scanner (worth £4,500)
- Allocated amount or unlimited print allowance
- Toner, labour, parts, servicing and maintenance included
- Free delivery and installation (and collection should you decide to cancel)
- Remote support for scanning/driver setups
- 30 day rolling contract
The price per month will depend on how many machines you require, the type of machine and the volume of printing.
Example 1
Business requirement:
- 1 x Floor Standing A4 Copier
- 700 colour prints and 3000 black and white prints per month
A business with this requirement will pay £99 + VAT per month for this particular package
Example 2
Business requirement:
- 3 x High Speed MP7502 Copier with staple finisher
- 50,000 prints per month
A business with this requirement will pay £750 + VAT per month for this particular package

Is there a minimum term?
No minimum term. Just a 30 day rolling contract, like a netflix subscription.
What if I need more than ink during the month?
No problem, just give us a call and we’ll drop it off to you. No fees for dropping off either.
What if I want to cancel and hand the machine back?
Just give us a call and we’ll come and collect it. No charge for collection.
My new PC needs setting up to the printer. Will you set it up for me?
Yes. Call us and we’ll remote into the PC and set that up for you. No additional cost.
